Information you give us
If you fill in our contact form, email or call us, we record what you tell us — typically your name, business name, email, phone number and the question you've asked. We use that information solely to respond and, if appropriate, to scope a potential engagement. We do not sell, rent or share it with third parties.
Information we collect automatically
Our web server logs a request line, your IP address, browser user-agent and the page visited — the same baseline a normal Apache or LiteSpeed server records. We retain those logs for security and operational diagnostics, not for marketing.
Cookies
This site does not set tracking cookies. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this notice to describe what is set and how to opt out.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that don't convert to engagements are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. Engagement records are kept for the duration our professional standards and applicable law require — typically seven years from the close of the engagement.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted — except where we're required to keep it (e.g. open engagements, regulatory obligations). Reach out at info@apexadvisorsus.comand we'll respond within a reasonable period.
Engagement confidentiality
Information shared with us during the course of a tax-credit engagement is held under the firm's professional confidentiality obligations. We never share, publish or aggregate client data for marketing purposes without explicit written consent.
Children
The site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children under 16. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
Updates
We may update this page periodically. The version posted here is current; substantive changes will be noted at the top of the page.
